Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate accessibility of our software configurations and account credentials, Nytron does not offer refunds under any standard circumstances. Once a purchase is processed and the product is delivered, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.
Certain products, such as game accounts, may carry a specific warranty period (e.g., 6 hours) clearly stated on the product page. Refund or replacement requests will only be considered if they meet the following criteria:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting Nytron support is a violation of this policy. Any user who initiates a forced chargeback will be permanently banned from all Nytron services, and their access to purchased software will be immediately revoked without the possibility of appeal.
If you believe you are entitled to a replacement under your product's warranty, please contact our support team via our Discord server. You must provide your Order ID and clear evidence of the issue to begin the verification process.
