2. Waiver of Liability & Account Responsibility

Nytron provides third-party software enhancements and configurations. You, the user, acknowledge and completely understand that utilizing these products may violate the Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULAs), or rules of third-party game developers, anti-cheat providers, or gaming platforms.

Under no circumstances shall Nytron, its owners, developers, or staff be held liable for:

• Any bans, suspensions, or restrictions placed on your gaming accounts.
• Hardware ID (HWID) bans or IP bans executed by third-party anti-cheat software.
• Loss of digital assets, ranks, skins, or account value resulting from the use of our products.
• Any damages to your personal computer, hardware, or software infrastructure.

You agree that you are using our software entirely at your own risk. It is solely your responsibility to manage the safety of your accounts. Any statements regarding a product being "Undetected" reflect its current status within our internal testing environment and do not constitute a guarantee against future detection or bans.

3. Right to Terminate Access

Nytron reserves the absolute right to terminate, suspend, or revoke your access to our products, subscriptions, discord server, or website at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or explanation.

Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to crack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute our software or configurations.
• Sharing your account, license key, or software with individuals who have not purchased access (Account Sharing).
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent financial activity.
• Toxicity, harassment, or malicious behavior towards Nytron staff or community members.

In the event of termination, you are not entitled to any form of refund or compensation for the remaining duration of your subscription or purchased goods.

4. "As-Is" Software Provision

All products, configurations, and accounts on the Nytron website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Nytron makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Nytron does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or the uninterrupted uptime of third-party software (such as Memesense, Iniuria, or Fatality) which our configurations are built for.

5. Refunds & Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods, configurations, and software access keys, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered. Initiating a forced chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent ban from all Nytron services and associated platforms.
